Behind the Name ALL STAR

In 2015, I began my career in home inspections, working part-time as a sub-contractor for a multi-inspector company in the Cleveland area. Everything was going smoothly until early 2019, when the company decided to increase the inspection fees we owed them for every inspection we performed. As you can imagine, this didn’t sit well with the team of inspectors.

During a meeting to discuss the fee increase, we were all voicing our frustrations. One of the owners, clearly frustrated by the pushback, blurted out, “Who do you guys think you are?!? A bunch of All Star professional athletes?!? YOU CAN ALL BE REPLACED!!!”

That moment was a turning point for me. I walked away from that meeting without signing the new contract and made the decision to start my own inspection business. Just like that, “All Star Inspections” was born in March of 2019.

I turned the owner’s dismissive words into a statement of excellence. I wanted to build a company that wasn’t just about doing the job—it was about being the best at it. The name “All Star” became a symbol of my commitment to providing top-tier service and unparalleled attention to detail.
